Place an order
How can I place an order online?
To place an order online, simply browse our website, select the desired items, and proceed to the checkout. Follow the instructions to complete your purchase.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Yes, if the order is under process, you can modify or cancel the order simply by contacting us. Once a tracking number is issued, we are unable to modify or cancel it. Please review your order carefully before confirming the purchase.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number on our website or the carrier's website to monitor the delivery status.
Shipping
Where do you ship to?
Domestically, we ship to the 50 U.S. States and the District of Columbia. We strive to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible. Please allow more time for personalized items and for orders shipping to P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship to freight forwarder addresses.
What are the shipping options available?
We offer standard and express shipping options. The available choices and associated costs are displayed during the checkout process.
How long does shipping take?
It takes us 24-48 business hours to prepare the shipment.
Delivery within the US takes 2-4 business days.
Most orders shipping within the continental U.S. arrive within 5 to 7 business days of successful payment processing.
Returns
How do I return an item?
To start a return, you can contact us at kashicitytx@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 3320 K Ave, Ste M115, Plano, TX 75074
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How long does it take to process my return?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

What is the requirement for eligible return item?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and anime figures. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
